How It Works
1
Consultation
In this initial stage, we meet with the client to understand their vision, goals, and requirements for the event. This includes discussing the event’s purpose, budget, target audience, preferred date, and any specific preferences or themes. The consultation phase sets the foundation for all subsequent planning and ensures that the planner and client are aligned.
2
Planning
During the planning phase, we create a detailed plan based on the information gathered during the consultation. This includes selecting and booking the venue, arranging catering, hiring vendors (such as photographers, entertainers, and decorators), creating a timeline, and managing logistics. We also handle communication with all parties involved to ensure all aspects of the event are organized and coordinated.
3
Execution
In the execution phase, we oversee the actual event, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to the plan. This involves managing the setup and teardown, coordinating with vendors, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and ensuring the event adheres to the timeline. Our goal during execution is to ensure that you and your attendees have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Services We Provide
Parties
1. Intimate Gatherings
These are small parties typically involving close friends or family, with a guest list ranging from 2 to 10 people. They are often held in private homes or small venues and have a relaxed, personal atmosphere. Examples include dinner parties, small birthday celebrations, or casual get-togethers.
2. Small Parties
These parties usually involve 10 to 30 guests and can be held in homes, private rooms in restaurants, or small event spaces. They often include more structured activities or themes, such as baby showers, small holiday parties, or milestone celebrations like anniversaries.
3. Medium-Sized Parties
These gatherings host 30 to 100 guests and are typically held in larger venues such as banquet halls, larger private venues, or outdoor spaces. Medium-sized parties often include a mix of formal and informal elements, like weddings, larger birthday parties, or company events.
4. Large Parties
Large parties can accommodate 100 to 500 guests and are held in substantial venues such as hotel ballrooms, large event centers, or spacious outdoor areas. These events often feature multiple activities, entertainment, and extensive catering services. Examples include large weddings, corporate conferences, and charity galas.
Concerts
Planning a musical concert event involves a series of detailed and coordinated steps to ensure a successful and memorable experience for both performers and attendees. We will help you manage:
• Determine the concert’s main objectives, such as promoting an album, raising funds, celebrating an occasion, or providing entertainment.
* Develop a clear concept, including the type of music, target audience, and overall theme or atmosphere.
• Identify potential revenue streams, such as ticket sales, sponsorships, merchandise, and concessions.
• Plan for various costs, including artist fees, venue rental, production costs, marketing, security, and permits.
In addition to the many varied steps of setting up the Artist and lineup we can help negotiate and finalize contracts with artists, including performance fees, rider requirements, and logistical needs.
Corporate Events
A corporate event is a gathering organized by a company or business for a variety of purposes, including networking, training, team building, celebrating achievements, launching products, or fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders. These events can vary in size and formality, depending on the objective and audience. Our goal is to provide everything needed to make sure your Corporate event comes off without a hitch and is a great success.
